Job Description

We are looking for a Management Assistant with a magic wand! Your daily routine will be;

Managing the day-to-day running and administration of the Founders,
Conserving management team’s time by collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
Maintaining appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travels,
Answering and managing incoming calls,
Support of the project teams in all organizational and administrative functions,
Undertake all infrastructural and service requirements,

JUNIOR CHEMIST

Job Description

RS Research is seeking talented and motivated chemists to join its Drug Discovery & Process Development teams. The successful candidates will join an energizing and collaborative research environment working alongside colleagues who are committed to improving human health through the targeted nanomedicines for chemotherapy.

We are looking for self-motivated chemists who are passionate about medicine and enjoys solving synthetic chemistry and purification challenges. The individual will work as part of a cross-functional drug discovery team and have the primary responsibility to carry out the multi-step synthesis and perform biological testing.

The duties and responsibilities will commensurate with the level of experience and capabilities and will include:

Demonstrating technical competency in reaction set-up, product isolation, purification and analysis, from milligram to multigram scale
Working efficiently with minimal supervision in the lab
Adhering to all safety requirements
Maintaining appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel,
Collaborating closely with colleagues to discuss data
Demonstrating curiosity and interest in furthering knowledge of drug discovery
Monitoring medicinal and organic chemistry literature

Prerequisite

PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description

Based in RS Research’s Switzerland office, we are searching for a Senior Specialist to coordinate our clinical/pre-clinical trial activities around Europe. This position, in collaboration with the team located in Turkey, contributes to the operational execution of clinical studies to ensure delivery on time, within budget and of high quality in compliance with Regulatory Authorities’ regulations/guidelines, and applicable SOPs. Responsibilities may include quality oversight of several vendors such as Contract Research Organization (CRO) teams.

Prerequisite

Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Life Sciences with 5+ years of clinical trial management experience required.

Job Description

RS Research is seeking two talented and experienced chemists to join its Drug Discovery team, who will contribute to scientific projects. The requirements for the positions include a minimum of 5 year experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or equivalent academic experience), with a demonstrated track record in scientific project management.

The duties and responsibilities will commensurate with the level of experience and capabilities and will include:

Giving medicinal chemistry input and leadership to multiple project teams within a diverse portfolio of projects,
Advising on chemical synthesis within projects and providing expert analysis to support decision-making at all stages of the drug development process,
Managing project teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and legal requirements are respected and preparing monthly progress reports for all responsible activities,
Supporting both writing of proposals for grant applications and where required, associated reporting processes
Keeping up-to-date on scientific literature,

Prerequisite

Master’s or PhD degree in Organic Chemistry or Polymer Science with +3 years of experience in analytical techniques such as NMR, GPC, LCMS, UV, FT-IR.

VETERINARIAN

Job Description

RS Research is looking for a talented and experienced veterinary, who will contribute to scientific projects. The requirements for the positions include a minimum of 3 years’ experience with the laboratory animals.

Provide daily veterinary care to all experimental animals (mainly rodents),
Performing and supervising surgeries in the different species,
Organizing the day to day work in the vivarium,
Provide continuous education to technicians, scientists and PhD candidates.

Prerequisite

Master’s or preferably PhD. degree in Veterinary with 3 years of animal experimentation experience required.

Experiences in imaging (X-Ray, Ultrasound, MRI), as well as animal models,
